With only 27 rooms and suites, we are small but refined — intimate, individual, and far from the ordinary. In our top-floor “Dom Apartment,” you can even enjoy views over Stephansplatz — as downtown as it gets, yet wonderfully private. As a true First District hideaway, we stand for character over convention and personality over mass tourism. The new owner, Benjamin Buxbaum — a passionate restaurateur known for Boxwood Steakrestaurant and the fine dining Buxbaum Restaurant — brings his culinary spirit and love of hospitality into every detail of the house. Just around the corner, the lively Boijto Bar adds another touch of local flavor. Sustainability, organic products, and thoughtful quality are part of our philosophy.
